Application Process
Welcome to our application process! Joining Alsanad School Japan is easy and straightforward. We’re here to support you through every step of the process as you take the next exciting step in your academic with us.
Step 1:
Complete and submit our online application form and uploading the required documents.
Step 2:
Arrange suitable timing for Placement test.
Step 3:
Receive offer of placement from Alsanad School Japan (Admission Letter).
Step 4:
Enroll in Alsanad School Japan and begin classes.

Enrolment Policy
Parent(s)/Legal guardian(s) must complete the form provided with accurate information and duly signed. Any false, inaccurate and/or misleading information in the form shall amount to rejection of the application.
Terms of Payment
- Registration Fee
The one-time registration fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. It is payable in full upon submitting a completed and signed registration form. - Deposit
Full payment of the deposit is required upon a place being offered and accepted, and it is strictly non-transferable. - School Fees
The school fees shall be paid on or before the beginning of each academic term via cash, online transfer, credit card or crossed cheque.
Withdrawal
The deposit will be refunded if a notice of withdrawal by the Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) is received by the School at least four (4) months before commencement of the school term.
Notice of Withdrawal
All withdrawals are subject to an administrative charge.
